However, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen mechanical issues. We encourage clients to ensure their goods are properly insured while in transit or storage.

6. Insurance
We are fully licensed and insured, and we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your goods during transportation and storage. However, we recommend that customers also secure their own insurance for added protection.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MHS Transport and Logistics, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, including claims related to the transportation or storage of goods.

8. Intellectual Property
